GenCipher founder, Sharon Reid Altmeyer, MS, LCGC, is a board certified and licensed genetic counselor. She received an Master of Science degree in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College and is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors, American Society of Human Genetics and the European Society of Human Genetics. Sharon is a diplomate of the American Board of Genetic Counseling. In addition, she is a member of the City of Hope Clinical Cancer Genetics Community of Practice.
